Code Of Conduct
NSA Greater Nashville is a professional community built on generosity and respect. This code applies to members, guests, speakers, sponsors, and volunteers at all chapter events, online programs, and chapter communication channels.
We expect everyone to:
-
Treat others with respect and professionalism
-
Respect others' intellectual property: don't record, copy, or reuse another speaker's material without permission
-
Keep member contact information and the Speakers Directory for genuine professional connection, not mass marketing or spam
-
Keep sales pitches out of meetings unless the program invites them
-
Represent your credentials, experience, and results honestly
Not tolerated:
Harassment, discrimination, intimidation, unwelcome physical contact, or disruptive behavior of any kind.
Reporting
Report concerns to any board member or to info@nsagreaternashville.org. Reports will be handled promptly and as confidentially as possible.
Consequences
The Board may issue a warning, remove someone from an event, remove a directory profile, or suspend or end a membership without refund.
