Membership Terms & Refund Policy

What's included
Annual chapter membership is $495 and covers monthly chapter meetings, monthly member-led trainings, quarterly social mixers, and a profile in the Speakers Directory. There are no monthly dues or per-meeting charges. Special events, sponsorships, and outside programs may be priced separately.
Chapter vs. national membership
Chapter membership is separate from membership in the National Speakers Association. Joining the chapter does not make you a member of NSA national, and NSA national membership does not include chapter membership.
Membership term

Founding Members (joined by October 14, 2026): membership runs through December 31, 2027.

All other members: membership runs for the calendar year (January 1 – December 31).
Renewal
Membership does not renew automatically. We'll send a renewal reminder about 30 days before your membership ends. Renewal pricing will be announced in advance.
Refunds
Membership dues are non-refundable and non-transferable, including if you resign, stop attending, or are removed from the chapter.
If the chapter cancels a program, we'll reschedule it or offer a comparable replacement. Dues are not prorated for individual missed events.
Conduct
Members agree to follow our Code of Conduct. The Board may suspend or end a membership for violations, without refund.
Tax status
NSA Greater Nashville is a nonprofit professional association. Dues are not charitable contributions. Consult your tax advisor about whether they may be deductible as a business expense.
